From humble beginnings, Sam Schwartz grew up learning the building trade from his family of local craftsmen. Since he was old enough to swing a hammer, Sam has been passionate about refining his skills. His dedication to excellence and quality means he never completes a project he isn’t proud to put his name on.

Sam spends any free time he has enjoying nature and hunting.

Sam’s wife Sarah manages the daily operations of Schwartz Construction. Her past experience as a nurse and Oncology Manager allows her to care for customers like her own family. Sarah believes the respect, honesty, and gentleness she practiced as a nurse are vital to delivering Extraordinary Service with every project at Schwartz Construction.

Sarah is an avid reader and nature lover who happily volunteers her spare time to the Women’s Ministry at Osceola Grace Church.

Much like his father, Sammy has been a student of the building trade since childhood. After many summers spent fetching hammers and nails, Sammy is proud to follow in his father’s footsteps carrying on the Schwartz legacy. His dedication to quality work is truly a family tradition.

When his dad gives him some time off, Sammy spends it out on the water or camping.
